Leader has become a very loose term in the American context. No longer is it an honor but rather it is anyone who has a follower base, for any reason. A leader is meant to be someone in power who knows how to guide a group of people. But leaders do not just lead, they must also grow those they lead. A leaders job is making new leaders.
