The Death Row Hall of Fame holds the names of some of the most famous serial killers in the world, such as Ted Bundy, Charles Manson, and even John Wayne Gacy. These convicted murderers were all placed on death row and executed for the crimes they had committed. Though these psychopaths committed horrible acts upon innocent victims, do they deserve to be put to a slow and painful death? The death penalty is a controversial debate due to people disagreeing with its moral views. Most people believe that the prisoners that are put on death row deserve the painful execution that they were given, while others think the thought of taking someone's life over a crime is inhumane. Once a Capital Crime is committed the prisoner will stand in front of a jury and be named innocent or guilty, this is determined by the evidence shown in court and is declared by a Judge. After the prisoner is convicted for their crime they will be evaluated to see if they are fit to stand trial, this means the prisoner is examined to see if the individual is sane and knows that what they did was wrong. If they are deemed fit, a judge will decide if the death penalty is suitable for the exact crime they were convicted for. If the Judge declares them guilty on all accounts, they will be sentenced to death row where they will be put on a long waiting list along with all other death row members. When put on the list, you will be taken to court one final time as the Judge determines which way of execution to kill the prisoner with. The judge will explain all ways of execution, such as hanging, lethal injection, electrocution, the firing squad, or lastly the gas
