Shortly before this tragic event, Brown and Witness 101 robbed Ferguson Market and Liquor of several packs of cigarillos. When the store manager tried to stop him, Michael Brown used his size as an advantage and left.

I believe that Darren Wilson did not legally kill Michael Brown. The two black men, including Michael Brown are at fault for the incident. Wilson only followed his duty as a police officer. However, Brown responded inappropriately, leading to his death. One morning in Fegurson, Missouri, Darren Wilson was on his way to lunch as he spotted two black men on the streets.

It focuses on the death of Jordan edwards who was shot in the back by a police officer. Jordan Edwards gave the movement Black Lives Matter a new spark with the death of an innocent young teen. Thousands came forward in protest to see the police officer who took Jordan's life. The officer claimed that the car was coming towards him and was being hostile.
The grand jury was not able to go off of witness statements being they became contradicting to each other. This is essential because it proves that witness statements are not always reliable, a lot of the time the witness becomes flustered and only recalls what they feel happened when the situation occurred. When interviewed by George Stephanopoulos on ABC news, Darren Wilson stated that “Michael brown had started to attack Wilson; witnesses stated that Wilson had pulled Michael Brown into his vehicle, but Wilson soon responded with, that would be a violation of my training.
In November of 2014, a man, Gary Fellenbaum, and his girlfriend, Jillian Tait Thursday, are charged with murdering the girlfriend’s 3-year old son. Authorities were called under the false pretense of an unresponsive child, when EMTs arrived, 3-year old Scott McMillan was reported to have suffered from bruises, lacerations, and puncture wounds all over his body. Fellenbaum, Tait, and Fellenbaum’s wife, Amber, confessed to police, “…that the little boy had been beaten with blunt and sharp objects, whipped, taped to a chair with electrical tape and beaten, hung up by his feet and beaten, leading to his death.” (Unknown). Tait later explained to the police that the beatings began because Scott refused to eat his breakfast.
It 's been about a year and a half since 18 year old Michael Brown was shot by Officer Darren Wilson. This ordeal still holds a lot of controversy. I, myself believe that Wilson 's action were unjustifiable and way worse than just unfair. Regardless of whether or not Michael had stolen something, shooting to kill was unnessecary. It was also unacceptabe and disrespectful for his body to be taken away hours later and in a cop car.

The defendant, Mrs. Dominique Stephens, murdered the man that she vowed to love. This sole act by the defendant is violation of all morals and her husband’s right to live. Afterwards, she even felt guilty about this violation of justice and called the cops on herself, and she later signed a written statement stating that she is guilty of the murder of Mr. Donovan Stephens. Then the defendant later recanted this statement and said that she only killed Mr. Stephens in self defense.
We all feel sorry for Michael Brown. He was an innocent black teenager, shot and killed by a police officer in Ferguson . The killing of Michael Brown prompted protest that roiled the whole area, Ferguson for weeks. There were riots on the streets, windows at shops were broken and the shops were looted. All over the area black people participated in the riots because they felt that the police saw the blackness as a threat.
