I was placed in the category of Next Generation Left, which leans towards the left. Leaning towards the left side would make me more Liberal. My group takes up about 12% of the population. The Next Generation Left have very liberal attitudes on many issues, including homosexuality, abortion, the environment and foreign policy. Few Next Generation Lefts wouldn’t consider themselves strong Democrats. For the Next Generation Left group, 25% of them would vote republican and 66% of them would vote Democrat.
For the first moral issue, Homosexuality should be accepted by society. Everyone in this world is equal and can choose who they want to be with. The 14th amendment forbids that the states from denying and person’s life. So homosexuality should be accepted by society. The second moral issue, most people who want to get ahead can make it if they're willing to work hard. The statement is true. If you want to succeed, you need to work hard for it. The country is responsible for what happens to the environment. Even if it involves a few risks, they need to do whatever means possible to protect it. For the second domestic issue, Racial discrimination is the main reason why many black people can't get ahead in the world these days. Many people believe all blacks are criminals. Not all blacks are criminals, there are a lot of blacks that are good.
