Murder...or not? I, Detective Sydney, am here to answer this question. When I arrived at the crime scene at 2:00 am, I noticed Arthur Volupides was laying upside down at the bottom of the stairs. Everything is in place, and food is cooking on the stove. The autopsy confirmed that he died from a head injury. He was also drunk. Arthur 's bizarre body positioning, his flawless surroundings, and evidence that suggest a cover-up lead me to believe that Queenie Volupides is lying.

First of all, the location of his body is very skeptical. Queenie stated that he was "coming down the stairs," however, the direction he is facing says otherwise. He would have been turned the opposite way if he had fallen down. He could have been going to go to the party when the tragedy occurred, because he is still dressed in his tuxedo. In contrast, most people would take off their tie if they were planning on staying home. The autopsy concluded that he had a head wound, but he should have sustained other injuries from slipping, such as bruises, bumps, or cuts. There is no blood anywhere. Therefore, Arthur did not slip down the stairs.

She was not genuinely sad. As a rule, she should have called 911 right away to report her husband 's death, but she didn 't. Food on the stove is irrelevant at 1:00 in the morning, and even more so since she was attending a party. It should have caught on fire if Queenie or Arthur had been cooking it before the tragedy. What is more, she is too eager to prove. She pointed out the glass clutched in his hand and made sure everyone knew that he was going to get a drink when he fell. Queenie probably shouldn 't be concerned about this if her husband had recently died. You might think that she could not possibly have done it because she was at the party and with her friends, however, she was alone for 10 minutes without any witnesses.
