Do you agree or disagree with athletes and entertainers making high salaries? Why do you think this? Even though people may think they are getting overpaid, there are many reasons why they get paid so much. I agree that athletes and entertainers should make high salaries.

One reason why athletes and entertainers should make high salaries is because of all the risks they make to entertain us. Athletes and entertainers will get hurt, so they will need money to pay for the medical bills. For example, if a football player gets a head injury, they will need money to pay for the bill. They are also putting 110% into training and working hard so they might not be able to see their family a lot. Also, athletes are taking a big risk of not being able to move their body or have bad brain damage. Athletes don’t play their sport for rest of their lives especially if they get badly hurt.
