Another vehicle that I believe is marked based on the age of potential consumers are the Buick vehicles. Even Though my eldest brother like them, it was made to attract Generation X. Miller state, “Buick is aiming to skew younger by making its first attempt at the aftermarket crowd, it is also giving older owners additional incentives” (Miller, 2006). Baby boomers are more attractive to the Buicks. According to Solomon, “baby boomers are people born between 1946-1964”(Solomon, 2011, p. 514).
