A year ago I had very different goals than I do now, a year ago I had everything all planned out. I was going to become a registered nurse and after working a year or so here in Mississippi I would move to Rhode Island. A year or two down the line, after I had saved up some money, I planned to start taking piloting lessons to get my private pilot’s license (I even knew where I was going to take them at). What I didn’t plan for was failing to pass my 2nd semester of nursing, nor did I plan on using the subsequent semester off (which turned into two semesters off) to decide on a change of major. So now my plans have changed slightly and my goals are a bit different. Instead of becoming a registered nurse I now want to become a licensed embalmer, and eventually a funeral director. All businesses, no matter their size or magnitude of the business in which they operate, are essentially a team effort. Whether it be a fortune 500 company or a small local business with only a few employees. As such, with any team there must be constant communication to allow every member to continue to work at their most efficient. Without clear communication within a business, there is greater opportunity for errors, both small and large, to occur; both damaging a business’ standing with clients and also losing time that could have been spent in other pursuits but is now spent correcting said
