These days more in more people have come to the realization that becoming a high school teacher could perhaps have great benefits in its occupation. A high school teacher is a secondary teacher that instructs students from grades 9th through-out 12th. Therefore, when new teachers choose a school, they then research every website to learn more about the employer. Some newly teachers also compare city high school with county high schools. Statistics shows that city schools have consistently been the highest in student’s achievements throughout the years. Cass High School mission is “empowering our children to succeed”. For example, Newnan High School mission statement quotes “Our mission is to provide Educational Excellence for all students!”. Although, Newnan High School is more in depth, I feel like as an upcoming future teacher rather it’s a Cass High School or either at another county high school yes, the mission statement matters, but what can you do to go over and beyond to let the students that you teach reach the high echelon in life.
