Throughout my time at Indian Springs High School, I have assisted others, and I was assisted, in becoming a team leader for the Machining Academy. In order to do so, I had to maintain proficient, or advanced proficient grades in all of my classes, demonstrate an overall performance ability of being a leader, and show my fellow colleagues how to fulfill the requirements set forth by the instructors. In doing so, not only did I further my own achievements, but I assisted those who wanted to improve their performance within the class. I aspire to be the best there is, no matter the cost.
