Without a certain level of understanding… nothing would ever be completed to full satisfactory. In my own life, I have learned that I cannot argue something that I don’t understand. An example being, I can’t argue a question that I got wrong on a test if there is only one logical answer. If a question is missed- it is simply showing a piece of information I should review because I didn’t fully understand it. I can’t argue something I don’t understand.

The Socio-behaviorist theory (behaviorism) Socio-behaviorists often study how children 's experiences model their behaviors (Nolan & Raban, 2015). Behaviorism believes that what matters is not the development itself, but the external factors that shape children 's behaviors (Nolan & Raban, 2015). This theory demonstrates that teachers and mentors dominate and instruct child-related activities, and they decide what children should learn and how to learn (Nolan & Raban, 2015). Reinforcement, which is an essential factor that helps children to learn particular behaviors, generally refers to rewards and punishments (Nolan & Raban, 2015). Children are more likely to repeat actions that result in receiving praise; in contrast, they may ignore or abandon behaviors that make them get punishment.
There are four main perspectives in psychology. These are known as; biological perspective, learning perspective, cognitive perspective, and sociocultural perspective. Each perspective aids in the understanding of human behavior. However, not one perspective can explain all of human behaviors. This is due to each perspective playing different roles in ones behavior.
Behaviorism, on the other hand, is a psychological approach, which combines different elements of psychology, methodologies, and theory. Therefore, this means that behaviorism is mainly concerned with the observable and measurable aspects of human behaviors. That is why in
I 100 percent agree with the integrative approach of merging the following seven perspectives of the mind: Biological psychology Cognitive psychology Social psychology Developmental psychology Clinical psychology Individual psychology Evolutionary psychology In my opinion, each perspective comes down to one conclusion; understanding why each person behaves the way they do. This helps to give phycologist a broad understanding of why people respond to things the way they do. One great example explained in the book was how to biologically understand how the minds of people with addictions work.
This theory is simply easy to comprehend because it only depend on the visible behavior and define few universal principles.
