Benjamin Franklin, "the harmonious human multitude", self-made inventor and literary artist. Having been through such a hard life, Franklin was greatly entitled to give up but instead of just stopping and going back to his family he found another way to do what he planned to do. Franklin in my opinion is the most ingenious writer up to date and he should hold this place for the next hundred years. I will prove to you why Benjamin Franklin is not only the cleverest writer but why he is the best inventor as well. Most will say that Franklin is only remembered for the light bulb and some will say it's because he was a major part of the Declaration of Independence, but those were just some of the things he did in his long life. He was responsible for bifocals; eyeglasses that had a part and bottom half used for reading and seeing far distance. He enjoyed borrowing and reworking phrases from his readings and sometimes wrote new adages (Miles 2015). I believe he became such an amazing writer because it ran in his family. When he was young his family enjoyed reading and writing even though they couldn’t put young Franklin through school his family could teach him what they learned. At a young age Franklin began working for his brother whom would not let Franklin write for his paper. Eager to write in the paper Benjamin started writing as a widowed women using the name Silence
