WILLIAM JEFFERSON CLINTON SPEECH In William Clintons speech he says “The anger you feel is valid, but you must not allow yourselves to be consumed by it. The hurt you feel must not be allowed to turn into hate, but instead into the search for justice.” William Clinton wanted people to look past this, and to use everything you feel over this to look for justice. He wants them to not look at everything they lost, but everything they still have. In the quote he’s motivating them to not let the anger turn into hate but to search for justice instead, he’s supporting the family by not letting them be consumed by the anger and sadness.William Jefferson Clinton’s speech, “Oklahoma Bombing Memorial Prayer Service Address' ' uses pathos and logos to support the family’s of lost ones and to reassure that they’ll have justice. And in response he honored the kids that had died in the bombing and put up a “tree of honor” for the children in oklahoma.He uses ethos because people will trust and honor someone who really does care for Oklahoma and its citizens.
