This statement can be supported because nothing is pure psychological. Psychology is the study of the human mind and its functions and without a biological aspects such as the brain itself you wouldn’t be able to think and function. Psychologists use a combination of emotions, cognition, perception, attitudes, and language to better understand a variety of aspects of human development and behavior. Not only can all of these aspects of behavior can be related back to biology but behavior in general can be related to biology.

Cognition is mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses. This can be associated with many areas but the main ones include the frontal lobes and especially the cerebral cortex which is a center for higher order processes such as thinking, planning, judgement it even receives and processes sensory information and directs movement. Perception is the ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses. The major brain structures concerning this is the thalamus which processes sensory information for all senses, except smell, and relays it to the cerebral cortex as well as the Somatosensory Cortex which processes all these sensations. Language is a method of human communication, either spoken or written, consisting of the use of words in a structured and conventional way. This is mostly associated with the temporal lobe which is responsible for hearing and language.Lastly, attitudes are expression of favor or disfavor toward a person, place, thing, or event.
