Sometimes the horses get bruises from the whips and the beats they get. Sometimes they just get whipped because they are not moving fast enough. The reason why they aren’t moving fast enough is because they are carrying almost one hundred bags on their backs. Resolution: The solution of the story is that Black Beauty finally went to a nice home where none of the owners beat her. They were nice and caring. They understood that if she had a lot of bags and was slow so they did not whip her. They let her be. She lived a good life from there on. She was not dealing with anymore beats so her life was good. Theme: The theme of the story is to not hurt someone. The theme is to not hurt someone because the horses are getting beat and they are getting hurt. They can die if someone keeps beating them.
