Have you ever wanted to get big or completely ripped and look like Phil Heath? Well here’s how you can! If you’re thinking about guys that have big arms and a huge chest; then don’t, because it takes years of hard work and dedication to grow muscles that big. Many people get discouraged when they find out the truth about bodybuilding. Everyone see’s ads everywhere about how to get ripped in six weeks or how to get a six-pack fast, and they say “I could definitely do that.” The truth is all those ads are just marketing techniques to reel in customers and it leads to a huge disappointment for the customer. Bodybuilding is not hard, but it will take several years to grow huge muscles. If you were to eat a proper diet and take supplements; you’ll lose weight but not as fast as someone who exercises, and you won’t look as good as them either. Exercising can be hard at first, because you will have trouble determining where to start, your form will be bad, and you will most likely cheat on your workout, but as you exercise more, you will learn and correct most of your mistakes. Bodybuilders divide their workouts into categories and workout that certain category for that day; if you want to work on your legs you would focus on certain exercises that rip the tiny muscle fibers in your legs. It sounds bad that muscles are ripping, but it’s not. The muscle fibers that do rip grow back bigger and stronger. Since it grows back slow it takes years to develop huge muscles. Supplementation is a picky subject. This is where big companies come in and advertise their product. Companies misleads users with what they call testosterone booster. Testosterone boosters simply contain high fat values, because fat is what sparks testosterone and helps with muscle growth, but this can be a lot cheaper if you incorporate a special amount of fat
