If you were to eat a proper diet and take supplements; you’ll lose weight but not as fast as someone who exercises, and you won’t look as good as them either. Exercising can be hard at first, because you will have trouble determining where to start, your form will be bad, and you will most likely cheat on your workout, but as you exercise more, you will learn and correct most of your mistakes.
