Boulding philosophy can support knowledge, strength and understanding human behavior. When it comes to Islamic State and ISIS, it is best to use theories that explain behavior. Boulding’s theory comes to mind to understand the importance and the origins of humanity. In the case of Iraq and Isis, we can go back to history to understand them. It is true to say sometimes systems and theories are not build to change people’s needs and aspirations. In specific, ISIS terrorism conflicts have been generated to destroy humanity. Burton (1997) built on things that happen in life we can come to the realization that some conflicts can’t and will not be solved or will get solve sometime in the future; for example, the power of ISIS through the media is strong in many powerless countries. Burton’s theory fits the current situation of unsolved conflicts in Middle East and ISIS terrorism.
