Most people have heard of a master martial artist, but have they heard of one who was a master of gung fu, dancing, acting, and was a teacher who not only one of the best martial artist, but also popularized it. This master’s name was Bruce Lee, and his life was very difficult and he faced many challenges with some of the choices he made, but he also turned his life around and made many accomplishments. Bruce Lee was born on November 27, 1940 in Hong Kong where then he later on moved to San Francisco. Lee’s parents were Lee Hoi Chen and Grace Ho, while then Lee also four other siblings (www.history.com). Lee went to school in Edison, Washington at Edison Washington High School, then later switching to a Catholic school (www.biography.com). The first movie Lee was ever in was “The Golden Gate Girl” at the age of three (www.biography.com). He continued to do movies until the day he died. Lee started learning acting from his father who had been a singer. Normally, when movies record a fight scene, they have to speed up the movements ,but when they had recorded Lee, his movements were so fast that they actually had to slow it down so that the viewer could see what was happening. (www.britannica.com). While Bruce was in college, he opened up a Gung Fu academy. Later on marrying a woman named Linda, now known as Linda Lee, and had their first child, Brandon Lee, in 1965, and their second daughter, Shannon Lee, four years later in 1969. In the year that Brandon was born, Lee’s father had passed away, so Shannon had never met her grandfather. Lee faced many problems in his life, which had included severe headaches and back problems.
