In Julius Caesar, two leaders gave speeches on why they believe they are in the right regarding why they did what they did. Brutus made people hear him out and convince a crowd that what he did was for a good cause. Anthony's speech was more soft compared to brutus because all he was trying to do was make brutus and the crowd feel bad. Although Antony delivers a heartfelt speech regarding his friend Caesar, Bruckus delivers the more effective speech because it convinces a whole crowd and he wanted to make more people understand his reasons for Caesar’s death. Brutus explains that he loved Caesar and respected how he ruled over Rome. But he loved Rome more and that is the reason he tells the attendees at the funeral that he killed Caesar.
