Attending the CTE program this year has had a positive influence on me in more ways than I could ever imagine. It has moved me as a person, pushed me as a student and prepared me to become a future professional. This program has taught me so many things about health care that I have never known. It has made me a better person and has taught me the importance of giving back to your community and to those who are less fortunate. It has taught me that as a healthcare professional you have to care for your patients and treat them with dignity and with the utmost respect that they deserve. In this club, we have food drives, donations, blood drives, charities and discuss how we can help our community. As a student, I have always strived for excellence and being the very best I can be. My teachers have taught me the importance of putting effort into everything I do so I can reach my full potential as a student and so I can get the most out of my experiences. They push me every day and encourage me to work hard at everything I do. I feel that I can take all the experiences I get from this program and take it with me into college and even my career as a medical professional in the in future. This program is preparing me for my future goal of becoming Licensed Registered Nurse by teaching me all the basic principles of health while giving me all the skills I need to move on to the next level. It has also taught the importance of always being well dressed, well spoken and confident when going in for an interview or important meeting.
