In this assignment I will discuss a business “Café Vevo” located in 20 Flinders Lane Melbourne. The business offers a range of gourmet coffee products and homemade desserts for its local customers.

Also all the business data and information to be provided should be true to the original and authentic and none of business stakeholders should perform the tasks for any illegal or personal purposes or usage.
Cultural expectations and influence: Cafe Vevo should be building a mutual trust workplace relationship to promote work colleagues respect and trust, any prejudices and stereotypes should be strictly banned and the café should make the staff performance appraisal according to the staff qualification and skill level rather than based on their gender or races, etc. The café promote a multicultural work environment and culture.
Environmental issues: during the business operation from Cafe Vevo, it should minimize the environmental negative impacts from air pollution caused by cooking in the kitchen, water pollution caused by the sewage dumping or business rubbish dumping and toxicants and chemical misusage caused by kitchen utensil
