Management concept of organization entails organizational structure and organizational design. In the manufacturing industry the management concept of organizing could be understood from the design of the company. The way things are done within the organization, the physical designs of the work environment, the culture and values of the organization all exhibit the management function of organization. Through these mediums management can regulate and dictate the activities and interactions of their employee. Management implementation of organization can be conceptualized through the divisions of labor within the company. In the manufacturing industry management practices organizing by allowing some jobs to be fully autonomous; such as jobs that require quick responses and critical thinking e.g. supervising. While others are broken up into activities along a continuous production line, at each station along the line inputs are added to make up the final product at the end of the line.
