An organization is a group of people that is responsible for structuring and managing the organization’s needs. Each organization has a management structure that is responsible to assign specific tasks to specific workers. Major tasks are divided into several sub-tasks where each will be assigned to a worker to carry out the given task(s). The assigned worker is responsible for completing a task within a given time, whereas, management is defined on how to make the available resources to be used effectively and efficiently.
