Integrated business Capstone is an integral subject which will help be respectable and moral employees when we enter into the corporate world. The various theories for example positioning your studies, values and identities corporate governances will help us use these principles in the business environment. Corporations goals today does not only include profits but also being socially responsible. Being socially responsible starts from the top to bottom i.e from the stakeholders to the employees. If a corporation to be socially responsible, then the owners and the employees are the ones that make sure it happens. This theory helps to understand the social system explicitly and improve them in the way people use to engineer principles, and improve the understanding of mechanical systems. We can analyze problems that can tell us how elements that exist within a system for example an organization which can influence one another. (Gibbons, S, 2017) The event here is the maids working on the Clunny Park House. The maids were working on the house façade for the previous two months. We get an indication of the pattern here through Mr Yeo Guat Kwang who was the chairman of the Centre for Domestic Employees and assistant director-general of the National Trades Union Congress. He mentioned in the article that a maid in her twenties fell from a seven story building while cleaning the buildings windows. This happened because of various factors which were similar to the one in this article for instance making household maids clean windows, working in the rain, not giving the maids proper equipment. One prime example shown in the article which could be hazardous and can take one’s life is where restraint belts were given to the maids instead of full-body harnesses. Through previously occurred events this is a pattern that was being followed and could result into something like the example Mr Yeo mentioned. The next part which is the system structure is the management of the company. Management of the company is responsible for making sure that activities are taken place in an organized manner, and ensure all stakeholders are satisfied and taken care of.
