In an organization, managers carry out several functions and play many key roles. They are accountable for handling many situations, most of these situations are different from each other and when the time comes to handle such situations, managers use their own management styles. But it all depends on situations because one specific management style doesn’t solve the problem for every situations, so for that we have different types of management styles. A strong leader who utilizes an autocratic style can take charge of the group, assign tasks to different members, and establish solid deadlines for projects to be finished iii. It allows members of the group to focus on performing specific tasks without worrying about making complex decisions iv.
