I have always been very caring for people and throughout my life I have experienced many things that I could relate to other people in the world. I was always undecided of what I wanted. I was scared of having to pick just one path. I did not want to miss out on something else that was in another path so I always asked myself, what career would be best for my future? Due to unrealistic circumstances the Central Intelligence Agency is not cut out for me, therefore I have chosen to pick the career path of becoming a Criminal Prosecutor. I have always wanted to be in the CIA for as long as I can remember. I wanted to see the information the government hides from us and to be a part of it all. The qualities, skills, and characteristics that I have, someone could have a hundred times better. The agency would obviously pick the most beneficial person and the person that has more to offer. It is a very odd career because one person gets picked from a thousand other applicants. It can also get confusing because the agency does not recommend a specific major to prepare for the profession. https://www.cia.gov/careers/faq, states, “CIA employees represent a wide variety of disciplines from an even broader mix of academic backgrounds and experience. Therefore, we don't recommend one academic track over another in general”. Someone could join the military to be in the system and try working up into that type of position. On the other hand, they also like secret agents to blend in and be street smart. The CIA could over look someone in the military and hire someone that has no background or someone that is not in the system. The point of all this information is that being in the agency is not guaranteed.
