A: At 9:58 PM Ms. Smalls (on call case coordinator) was notified by Mrs. Mack that Jaheim started throwing things around the home, refusing to comply with requests and refuse to communicate with Mrs. Mack. Mrs. Mack called law enforcement after Jaheim broke the bedroom closet door and other personal property in the bedroom.

On 10-03-2016 at approximately 0950 hours, I Security Officer James Argyro made contact with a male now know to me as Anderson Oberman DOB 03-02-77, who was walking around the gaming floor not actively playing any machines for no less then 20 minutes. I made contact with Oberman and informed him that he was being asked to leave for loitering and who need to leave all Tulalip gaming properties for no less then 24 hours. Oberman left out the south east doors. Smith was referred to as my office for a psychological evaluation. Thus concluding the primary diagnosis is borderline personality disorder. Ms. Smith’s background and demographic information were obtained before the actual evaluation and revealed information that fits the criteria of the diagnosis. Ms. Smith was also administered the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2), which assessed her personal attitude, beliefs, and experiences.
Mallory Patrice, is an undergraduate student at Florida International University, located in Miami, Fl is pursuing a degree in Advertising, with the hopes of working on the creative side of the business. She also currently holds a bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida, located in Tampa, Fl. As a designer she uses color to tell a story and evoke emotion from the viewer. Cliff Mitchell provides all the students attending Mesa Verde Middle School one of the greatest learning experiences of anywhere in the district. In the year of 2008, Mitchell filled the role of MVMS’ principal. For the past 10 years, he lived in a constantly busy schedule. Mitchell normally wakes up at 6:00 am, or even earlier because of his love for his job and the students he takes care of. He arrives at the school at 7:30 am, about an hour earlier than the teachers.
I am writing to you today to inform you about my experience at the recent Degree in Three Professional Poster Design session at Makerspace which was held on the Southern New Hampshire University campus on March 29, 2016. I intend to talk to you about my overall experience at the workshop, including the registration process, what I learned while in attendance, as well as how the workshop will better prepare me for the poster assignment that is required for the SB-300 course. Prior to this professional workshop you instructed me to take the necessary steps to first pre-register for it. All in all the registration process was quite simple.
The Ashley case was about a medical procedure done that went over the line of biological ethicality for many. The scenario has a plethora of factors to consider when questioning its ethicality.
