Candidate Yarnell showed an understanding of the five paragraph order by covering all of the required information with the exception of the “In order to” and command sub-paragraph. SNC briefed the order with confidence, using an authoritative voice demonstrating a clear understanding of the mission. SNC stated accurate information given by the evaluator. SNC addressed security and developed a clear initial plan. SNC was unable to make decisions without the aid of others in which the initial plan completely failed causing the fire team to come in contact with the red areas.
SNC’s Orientation Paragraph consisted only of a current location of Brown Field and no other pertinent elements. SNC’s Situation Paragraph contained no Enemy sub-paragraph, a poorly formed incorrect friendly situation, and a vague overview of the fire team’s mission; SNC’s vague description of the mission in the Situation Paragraph was explained differently two times and bled directly into SNC’s Execution paragraph. SNC’s coordinating instructions, tasks and scheme of maneuver were confusing, mixed together and were being made up as SNC was briefing. SNC’s tasking statements contained no purpose.
Candidate Shealy was able to brief an almost complete five paragraph order with a calm and confident delivery. SNC did not brief admin and logistics or command and signal but briefed all other paragraphs. During the briefing, he made eye contact with his fire team and had grabbed each member while tasking them to ensure they knew he was addressing them directly and also oriented them to the problem by showing it to them during the brief. The quick transition from the brief to execution demonstrated the clarity and quality of SNC’s briefing. While negotiating the obstacles, SNC continuously requested feedback from his fire team members and included them in his next decision.
Candidate Infantolino was quick to ask questions during her initial brief. This showed that she understood the need to have complete comprehension of the situation and mission. While briefing her team, SNC allowed her members to relax too much and they may have lost their concentration on her. Along with this, SNC’s grammar and occasional stuttering led her to show a lack of command presence. Candidate Infantolino looked nervous!
Candidate Lippmann had a thorough, yet succinct, brief, but omitted the Command and Signal part of the 5-paragraph order. Candidate Lippmann established an initial plan by outlining and then delegated specific tasks for his fire team prior to the point of execution, to include giving any security direction. Experiencing several setbacks, Candidate Lippmann was able to quickly make modifications to the initial plan in a timely manner. Through issuing clear commands, his team was able to adapt and function together as a single small unit. Candidate Lippmann was calm during the execution of the problem.

This book is an excellent reference to utilize when studying how to be an effective military leader.
SNC’s five paragraph order contained most of the pertinent information required to conduct the mission with the exception of the Situation paragraph. SNC briefed fabricated information regarding friendly units and failed to brief second squad was in dire need of ammunition and sustaining heavy casualties; this information which was mission essential. During movement to the objective, SNC ensured his squad maintained adequate dispersion and on one allowed the ammunition-bearing fire team to fall behind; a deficiency SNC corrected. During enemy contact, SNC proceeded to assess a casualty rather than task his fire team leader and continue leading his squad.

Candidate Heller briefed a five paragraph order that contained the majority of information his subordinates required to understand their mission; however, how it was to be accomplished was slightly ambiguous, leading to the impression that he was uncertain how to accomplish the mission. Despite this, SNC was able to quickly transition his subordinates into the execution of the problem upon conclusion of his brief. SNC quickly implemented a plan that established his team on a trajectory towards success. Throughout the execution of the problem, SNC never stalled, nor was there a moment of uncertainty among his subordinates. SNC continuously developed his plan to match the given situation, providing his subordinates with clear guidance of what

It hit the agricultural sector the worse, so the Wyly family had to adjust.
"The State of California versus Scott Lee Peterson (Case number 1056770, 2005)", was an interesting case. This case was interesting because Laci was a very beautiful and seemingly young, friendly, and happily pregnant woman with lots of friends. Her husband, although attractive, had a kind of macho tough guy womanizer type of persona about himself. It is hard to believe or fathom someone being so cruel as to kill their pregnant wife, regardless of their marital problems. Laci came up missing on December 24, of 2002, the day before Christmas.
