Summary Of Candidate Scott Case

Candidate Scott briefed an above average 5-paragraph order that contained the necessary information to execute the mission. Portions of the order were stated twice, wasting time that was needed for execution. For example, information about hitting the red area was briefed in both the scheme of maneuver and coordinating instructions. Regardless, the team members knew their specific tasks and they began to execute. Candidate Scott was rushed during the mission which resulted in unnecessary errors (SNC put the board in the red without thinking to start the problem). Communication was excellent throughout as tasking statements from Candidate Scott were delivered with a firm tone. Candidate Scott had a sense of urgency and kept his team moving
