Many children can develop a mental disease during their childhood. One of the most common illnesses is ADHD. ADHD is a serious mental disorder that affects many children but can be treated. Anyone can get diagnosed with this illness. That is why we must raise awareness and learn more about the disease. While working at a private school, I met a young boy diagnosed with ADHD. He touched my heart with his sweetness and made me want to know more about his illness. The goal for this research paper is to find the causes of the ADHD, the symptoms, and the treatments.

Impairing ADHD symptoms continues into adulthood in as many as sixty five percent of the cases. Based on the perspective that ADHD is a disorder reflecting dysfunction of a large scale of neuronal systems and decrease of brain activation. People with ADHD have differences in the parts of their brains that control attention and activity.
