From 1939 Nazi Germany killed nearly two out of every three European Jews as part of the Final Solution. The Jewish population was believed to be a threat to Nazi Germany as their population was vast causing them to influence a large number of people that could change their views and opinions on Hitler. The Final Solution took place during World War 2 from 1939 to 1945 where any racial or religious group could be subjected to arrest and torture, such as being placed in a concentration camp where it is believed that one million people died in the most notorious camp, Auschwitz. It wasn’t just the Jewish population that Hitler wanted to exterminate and wipe off the face of the earth but also homosexuals, Poles, mentally and physically disabled
