Reasons why people need do not need censorship.
It’s been argued censorship is good for society. Many people believe censorship can form the society an excellent place. Therefore, in reality, it just shows how much the government does not believe people are mature enough to handle what is happening in the outside world. In Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451 shows a decent example of why censorship is not valuable for society. A splendid example of this is when Guy Montag found his wife who nearly died from overdosing on sleeping MEDs as a result of not knowing what it feels to be joyful. Parents and teachers would like to ban books they believe are inappropriate for children under age. Children are mature enough to understand the books, but, children need that new knowledge to grow. Since censorship is active it numbs your brain and may cause you to be for forgetful. The greatest benefit of censorship is that it allows the government to hide information in order to protect citizens. Censorship controls the flow of information released to the public and prevents them from worrying too much. For instance, the public doesn't need to know everytime China wants to blow up the United States. The government thinks people about something new. These past years things have happened and plenty of people would be scared because it’s all new to them.
