Charlie Moore’s role as president and general manager has caused him to face managerial conflict. Basically, Moore is questioning his own ability to implement effective leadership skills to his subordinates (Sloane, 1997). In accordance to Bethel University (2011), addressing issues as the problems arise as well as emphasizing the need to work as a team is vital as an effective leader. Greer (2016) states, “Problem solving is about people working together to make the organization and the people it serves better” (p. 33).
