Chris Archer V. New Columbia I came to my decision of charging Chris Archer guilty of criminal hazing and not guilty on the count of first-degree murder. During the case the Attorneys definitely keep me assured of my decision. A reason I decided to charge Archer with hazing was because he was the head of a Fraternity and most of the witnesses agreed that there was hazing involved. A reason why I did not charge Mr. Archer with first-degree murder was because no sober person was there to witness the death of Milan.
Thomas Lee Causby has owned and took care of a chicken farm outside of Greensboro, North Carolina. His farm was about 2.8 acres of land all near an airport used for military and commercial flights. The farm was located near an airport used often by the military. Causby said the noise from the airport nearby disturbed his chickens so much that the chickens started dying off. He wanted the military to stop using his airspace to fly their planes.

I am all so concern regarding Judge Jessica Colon-Sayre bias regarding the case base on a statement she allegedly made. Apparently in her chastising of my daughter (Jaclyn), Judge Jessica Colon-Sayre supposedly made a statement regarding her personal experience and used it as a point of references in the case, (“She
A judge to accuse the accused of being guilty and charging them with long sentences, even when there was no evidence, is enough to show that the criminal justice system was faulty. After Colemans indicement, Rick perry had the trials/cases reopened and looked into. In the end, Perry pardoned 35 out
He was convicted with a lack of evidence and withholding evidence. In some
The Judge forcing people to lie to save their lives he can’t see the wrong he’s doing
Although John Hinckley was trying to get Jodi Foster’s attention, when John HInckley shot President Ronald Reagan, Jodi didn't want anything to do with John. Just a normal day Ronald Reagan started his day out by announcing a speech at the National Conference Building and Construction Trades Department. Reagan finished his speech (to a group of trade unionists) around 2:25. All Mr. President had to do was walk 30 feet to his waiting limo. The Secret Service thought he didn't need a bulletproof vest because he didn't have to walk that far, but they were wrong.
A fair and unbiased court system is necessary for the legal system. The role of the court is to correct any injustice, not to compound it. When prejudice and corruption leak into the courts, what recourse do we have for eradicating them from society? Our judges must be stalwarts of integrity because the power to move our country forward or hold our country back often lies in their hands. Judge Persky had the power to bring justice to a victim, to help her and her family move forward.
The dreadful day was arising. After infinite operations and medications, the conflict would be over. What was that conflict? Daniel Kyle Chalfant had been diagnosed with brain cancer fifteen months before losing the fight. He spent that time in and out of the Reading Hospital, giving him and his family hope just to rip it away.
In your every day, ordinary lives, the credibility one has is important. No vocation requires more skill to assess the credibility of others than in the court system. On any given day a trial judge faces many people whose lives hang in the balance and will likely do anything to keep from being restricted from their freedoms. People will lie, twist the truth, and conveniently remember things differently all to hide the sordid truth. Knowing this, it becomes increasingly apparent that the courts, judges and representatives need to have a keen ability to assess credibility.
Our legal system allows judges to make important decisions on their own, which is a huge responsibility, and if it falls into the wrong hands, there could be severe
That did not go in favor of the accused, in this case, the one accused was Miguel, he was accused of sexual;y harassing two girls in a bathroom. He pleaded innocent, also stating that they have the wrong person. One of the jurors, on the other hand, stated that Peña Rodriguez was guilty of sexual assault because he was Mexican and that “Mexican men take whatever they want.” The fact that someone could say this and get away with it disgusts me. Later the juror was ratted out by his fellow juror, his response, “nine times out of 10 Mexican men were guilty of being aggressive toward women and young girls” in his experience, the jurors said, adding that H.C. called the defendant “an illegal.”
The Administrative Law Judge Brian Porter was thorough in explaining the proceedings of an administrative hearing such as in the case of City of Chicago v. Celest Allen. Listening through a thorough explanation of administrative hearings gave me the opportunity to understand how administrative procedures are structure. The lengthy explanation provided on administrative hearings added for the case to take an hour to get through. In the second set of observations, Administrative Judge Charles Fitzgerald pointed out while scheduling other hearings that the City has held over 6,000 hearings up to
