Many of these inventions seem benign now, while others served as precursors to advanced models” (Richard). The book To Kill a Mockingbird was written in the mid-1930s and it was during this era that many useful items were invented. During this time there was a rapid increase of innovations that ranged anywhere from the game of monopoly to a wooden bathing suit, or something more efficient such as LDS medicine.

The main reason Russia proposed this policy is because around 40% population are smokers (BBC, 2017). As for Hong Kong, 10% of the population smoke (Department of Health, 2016), this number may not be as much as Russia but to make Hong Kong a non-smoking city, banning cigarette is a major process and therefore cigarette should be banned in Hong Kong as well.
