With today’s movies and TV shows coming out of the woodworks in rapid pace there has been a more of a demand for actors. Now there are tons of production companies making new ideas for films and TV. Some popular companies are Universal Pictures, Funimation and Warner Brothers.

To get any job in acting you first have to audition to see if you fit the part of any characters, you will get turned down a couple times and sometimes you get a part that you were not expecting, but it’s your choice whether you want to accept the part or not you have a great deal of options on what type of actor you want to be.

Peppley and he changed the way I saw acting he showed me the stage. Over the three years being there he taught me how to perform on the stage and how to really feel for the character. During that time, he showed us classic movies and replayed scenes that were powerful to him. At this time as well I was having complications making friends and getting picked on by the football team, so acting really shined during this time it made me feel like I belonged. So at the end of the eight grade year he told me to take intro to theatre at Columbia and to make sure I listened to Mrs. Calhoun, so I did as he told and after my years of working with Mrs. Calhoun she changed my life more than anyone, she allowed me to perform in front of a lot of people and meet people that would teach me key points of being a good actor. An extra gets paid around $148 dollars a day. A Broadway actor gets a weekly pay run of $1,861 and the Famous Actors get paid per movie
