Someone who would be curious about human anatomy would be the college student. Also, the cuts on her thigh and chest were done with surgical accuracy, which would require things like being fairly skilled in dissection, someone with the right tools, and someone with a clean workspace or lab. Murderers like to end lives; however, whoever murdered the Black Dahlia was definitely curious about human anatomy. The Black Dahlias organs had also been tampered with, as some of her intestines had been cut and opened. This definitely shows someone who was curious about the insides of a human and their anatomy, “Pieces of flesh had been cut away from her thigh and breast” (allthatsinteresting.com). This is important because a “normal” serial killer would not surgically dissect and play with the human body; murderers kill to end lives. This proves that the murderer is more curious about the human body than anything else, as well as skilled in how to cut a human
