Operationally, Victoria is divided into 2 geographic regions, led by a General Manager with over 7 years of community care experience. Within each of those regions there are a number of branches, each led by an experienced Branch Manager who oversees the day to day operations. Branches are staffed by Community Liaison Managers (CLM), Community Liaison Officers (CLO) Administrative staff and Attendant Care Workers. CLMs/CLOs are responsible for overseeing client services to each client allocated a dedicated CLM/CLO who is overall responsible for the client’s services. This includes conducting assessments, developing and reviewing support plans, evaluating the client’s goals against those plans. CLMs/CLOs also manage front line staff, and manage both internal and external relationships to ensure appropriate service coordination. The team liaise with branches to forecast staff resourcing needs, and facilitates the recruitment and selection process. All recruitment and selection are compliant with our policy and procedures that includes reference and probity checks. With a substantial front line workforce, we are currently able to provide existing clients with flexibility in the range of services we offer. Our service capability ranges from short services to 24/7 care. Hour-based services could include attending to a client in the mornings to assist with bed making and linear changing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning of the bathroom and toilets. We also offer an extensive list of spring cleaning service to assist with oven cleaning, curtain dusting, carpet steam cleaning, tile grout cleaning and fridge
