Collaboration Cooperation is a team building business that works to create a team building business located in and around downtown Toronto, going from business to business solving and creating connects between new and old employees. This market is a market that is constantly expanding with more and more people finding themselves employed or even older employees working with other peers. This could cause several confrontations between the business and often creates issues within the companies. Some of the includens on this market is that different generations tions are starting to work together in eh marketplace and the difference in the styles of work that they would complete or how they would compete it is often different and can cause issues for the employees of these companies. My target market is young, educated workers who may be facing adversity in their workplace. Generally we are targeting people around the ages 30 to 50, including both genders, and live in and around the Greater Toronto Area. My target market personal are both followers and leaders, willing to work to get ahead, and want success in their professional careers. Collaboration Cooperation target market are loyal to the brand and are not price sensitive to the service. We will be reaching them by advertising with person to person connections, and also through flyers. By doing this we hope to reach a large number of people working in small business and start to form a customer base. This is formed from $ 3,000 for equipment such as different games that could be used to play, but also any other materials that may be needed to run our events. The remaining $ 11,000 will be put towards advertising, having cash on hand, and the professional degrees needed to provide a team building service. The necessary income needed to run this event will be generated from personal savings but also prior jobs to ensure that their is no opportunity for debt and to owe others money from the start up of Collaboration Cooperation. This also ensures that if the business fails, their will be no liability to other companies we are owing money to. It is estimated that Collaboration Cooperations break even point for the first month would be 28 services provided and it would be 354 services provided for the end of the first year. Collaboration Cooperations revenue slowly increase from the first month onwards part the third year. It is estimated that after the first month the net income would be $2,200.89. This number increase after the first year to be a total net income of $144,601.68. This shows that after the first year of Business Collaboration Cooperation is expected to make a large increase of net income compared to the first month and shows the increase of profitability over the course of the first
