I have a gut feeling that I am on the verge of becoming someone great in life. When I say great I mean someone that overcame a lot of trials and tribulations that could knock a person off course and make them just completely give up. But instead of taking success and keeping it to myself, I will spread the love, knowledge, and experience with my family and friends to help cultivate their success as well. “Becoming” is our keyword, I still have a lot of becoming to do and internal changes to make, to ensure that I become this greatness that is boiling within me. A former teacher of mine once told me that having potential resembles a beautiful red rose at its finest, however when the other side of a person exposes itself, the attitude, the inner pain, and ignorance, it turns that beautiful red rose into a dead black one. The potential which was once beautiful is now lost. My first step into becoming this greatness is becoming a man and improving my decision making. I believe that at birth you are given a name and what you do as you come up defines who you are and what your name represents. I say this because when you are first born your name is just your name, you have no background or anything that you have done or accomplished that is attached to that name.
