One can tell al lot about an organization based on their approach to achieve their objective. Are their methods innovative? Are they using their resources to maximize success? Are their techniques viable and effective? Examining UPenn’s Wharton School of Business, the answer to all of the questions posed above are absolutely! Wharton’s undergraduate program is second to none in its approach to educating the next generation of entrepreneurs, businessmen and women, and leaders. Narrowing down exactly what I want to do four years from now is impossible. Even after four years of active military service, I am still exploring the vast amount of paths I can venture. Despite a great deal of uncertainty, Wharton provides numerous ways for its students to grow and expand their horizons during their tenure. One way I intend to explore my educational interests is Wharton’s International Program. With over 20 business options for international study from countries all across the globe, UPenn will allow me to journey and expand my horizons, enriching not only my business experience, but my overall education experience. Another innovative way Wharton enhances their program is through their unique Leadership Ventures. Although the U.S. Army has provided me with excellent leadership experience, leading a squad of soldiers to take a physical objective doesn’t always translate precisely into a civilian business environment. That being said, I’m always looking to expand and refine my leadership skills to meet whatever needs are required. Between the workshops, intensives, and expeditions, Wharton’s Leadership Ventures, will provide me exceptional opportunities to build upon my leadership attributes and tailor them to the civilian
