Humans have often disregarded that evil is inherited by nature; humans in the modern day are apparent to doing "good," but overall goodness is controlled by the underlying aspect of order and civilization. The issue of inheriting evil by primal desire is explicitly shown in the novel The Lord of the Flies by William Golding. The novel uses the characters as vessels to express his idea. In the novel "Lord of The Flies" by William Golding, he , who expresses the idea that man's inheritance is evil by showing that humans are savages by nature and are moved by survival, turning to selfishness, brutality and dominance. Golding shows significantly how man's instinct for brutality and immorality instigates evil.
As I read for the first time The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe I was amazed by all the Christian symbolism within the story. I was impressed by C. S. Lewis’s ability to take theology and transform it into a children’s novel. One that would open the door for generations of nonbelievers to become intrigued by a story about a world full of fictional characters that is actually based on Bible stories. Aslan is one of the many fictional characters in Narnia and I would like to examine his role in the story, who he represents and determine if his portrayal of his Biblical counterpart was accurately portrayed.
Throughout this unit I had many verbal exchanges where I used clarity of speech effectively and kept calm. Additionally, I spoke with confidence when giving presentations. I learnt to be especially aware of my communication during the opening of a verbal exchange as these first impressions have the most impact. Using eye contact and having a friendly smile was also essential to highlight my good intentions and nature. As well as this, intonation was key when speaking as it showed the emotions behind my words.
To excel within the education department, implementing key interpersonal communication skills is of immense importance. The interpersonal communication skills of listening, feedback and question are beneficial to a secondary education teacher as it helps determine effective teaching strategies, provides a direction of improvement for future work and presents the opportunity to develop knowledge. Integration Of ELL Strategies The three strategies I used for ELL students were to incorporate many different delivery methods, scaffold support for students, and strategic grouping of students with peers that are advanced in speak clear English to support language and social development. I used multiple methods, including technology, to provide an introduction to the information and to practice the skills as well. This will help in showing the information to ELL students in multiple ways for them to practice in multiple ways, which will increase their understanding.

Introduction: The process of communicating successfully with our family, friends, co-workers, business associates and people is one of the most critical skills. Communication is such a key part of life that I often tell to a person that “Its no use of someone if he/she really don’t know by associates people in their work place or area of field”.
