We do recommend that employees keep their dating life and work life separate but we do understand that this can, at times, be difficult to follow through. If two employees decide to become one with each other, they are to report to the store manager about their decision. This will help the company into knowing that the relationship was consensual and to be kept at a professional manor. If a relationship ends, you are required to notify the manager about said decisions as well. Same is to be said about any customer related information. Cell Phone Usage: Employees must keep cell phones to a minimum and they must only be used during the employee's break or lunch break. The phone itself may be kept on them in the event that they do not feel it is safe to leave the device unattended, but they must refrain from attending to the device. Phones may be used in the event of an emergency. Conflict Resolutions: In the event that there is conflict between anyone at our store professional actions must be used at all times. Conflict Between: Customer - Customer - Manager must be present to fully see and understand the situation, if the manager is not capable of resolving the situation themselves and the scene escalates, authorities must be called upon to deal with the
