Many know of LifeStance Health due to it being a public company and available among stocks and trading. While LifeStance is a public company, they provide opportunities in other ways as well. This company was founded in 2017 and provides comprehensive mental health treatment for a wide range of patients. LifeStance Health’s care for patients is the upmost priority along with continuity of treatment and satisfaction with improvement (“Why Lifestance Health”). Firstly, the growth of LifeStance Health has created the drive for large scale hiring and the need to provide care for patients. LifeStance is becoming one of the largest outpatient platforms in the nation with over 5,600 clinicians who carry the same mission as the company. These clinicians provide varying treatment adjusting to the needs of the individual (“Q4 2022 Lifestance”). The providers employed by LifeStance Health have treated over 680,000 patients with 5.7 million visits in 2022 alone (“Q4 2022 Lifestance”). The company’s expansion caused the need for sizable employees and broad career opportunities. For example, the company has had to ensure treatment of employees was fair and just. Encouragement of their employees helps the company and employees hold the values and mission to ensure consistency and proper treatment of patients.
