Corporate Policies Policy 1 - A budget policy that relieves the stress of the financial burden throughout the company. This policy will outline roles and responsibilities that incorporate the budget process. This will help plan for future expenses and outcomes. Policy 2 - A compensation policy will be put in place so that each will gain a small percentage of a raise. It’s important to share information, but once they are off the clock they should be focused on their family or just everyday life. By having a positive and balanced work and home life it can increase morale, productivity, and even ethical decisions. The socially responsible solution is to encourage participation during work hours. Having participation can boost morale because they are focused on the task at hand. When the employees are more engaged and participating it can put them in the path of a higher success rate. With a higher success rate it will bring in more people to be a part of the company. Then the environmentally responsible solution would be to offer the option to working remote. If they have a young family, sick, or even just want to work a few days a week at home they are given the opportunity too.
