Though they have one common similarity, there are quite a few things that differentiate them. The mental effect caused by their ingredients, the preference of their use, and their histories do not compare. So, which one is truly bad for your health? Majority of people drink these type of fluids to help them de-stress busy days or to have at an social event with friends. For instance, its affect on the brain is like a nitro booster to a car. Each beverage has the ability to attract people from different age groups, young to old. Over the years of researching energy drinks, psychologist have found that it is true that young people are more likely to consume energy drinks then people in their forty’s. Research has proven this to be true based of it’s characteristics based off of its taste, which are usually combine with fruitiness and sweetness. Also by its ability to deliver quicker doses of caffeine to the body, this appeals more children and teens. Yet, coffee is considered bitter and can be used to make medicines work faster. Adults seem to make drinking coffee apart of their everyday routine, for instance drinking coffee in the morning to wake you up from being sleepy is very common and beneficial. Although you can drink caffeine at anytime of the day, energy drinks provide a sense of excitement to the pleasure system part of the brain. Lots of people consider energy drinks to make them hyper more than awake.
