In “the greatest love story of all time”, Romeo and Juliet, by William Shakespeare, the protagonist Romeo is revealed to be very melodramatic and immature in his conversation with his friend, Benvolio. For example, after Benvolio insists on Romeo forgetting about the rejection from Rosaline, he exclaims, “O, teach me how I should forget to think!”(1.1.228).
