By definition a transformational leader changes the status quo by engaging his followers in seeing their own values and therefore the ability to see the vision. In the article “The Five Sexes: Why Male and Female Are Not Enough” by Anne Fausto-Sterling explores the idea that there exists 3 more other sexes and not just male and female. Fausto-Sterling affirms that Western culture will only accept two sexes, male or female, regardless or not one identifies as a male or female. Even though, people have come to accept the idea of intersexuality, it continues to go against the idea of only two sexes. Fausto-Sterling continues on to describe the other three sexes other than male and female. The other three sexes are true hermaphrodite, merms, and ferms.
Steve Jobs, the man who created the Apple Company, the man who started a new era of computer design, found the American Dream. He may have had trouble in his life, but in the end he overcame his obstacles. He had ideas that no one had before and always wanted the impossible to become possible. He would look at an idea that people could only imagine in their head. Steve would find the hardest of problems and find a way to solve them.

In it, Jobs talks to the graduates about his experiences and how they apply to the concept of never giving up. By guiding the audience through events in his life, Jobs encourages them to keep moving forward, and to never settle with what’s been given to them.
