In strategic planning USTRANSCOM provides the movilization, and sustaiment needed to acomplish the mission, it is also responsible for integrating and synchronizing strategic and theater deployment execution and distribution operations within each CCDR's area of responsibility. USTRANSCOM ensures that the deployment and redeployment needs are met through the use of both military and commercial transportation.
From my point the ASCC (Army Service Component Command) is in direct support to a CCDR, it is The Army is the main vehicle for Army support to joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational forces. The Theater Army Headquarters executes roles that include reception, staging, onward movement, and integration; logistics operations; security coordination and combat support. AMC (Air Mobility Command) is the USAF component command of the USTRANSCOM and serves as air mobility component. AMC aircraft provide the capability to deploy Army forces anywhere in the world and help sustain them in a conflict.
