The conflict of ideas is when a group or an organization of people coming together with many ideas to solve problems or issues. However, this conflict of ideas can improve group performance. As a board member, we are taught to respect one another values of ideas at all times which is essential because God created us in His image to create with the gift of ideas. We are to apply and practice using our idea and to immerse each other's idea in what we do to see the results of our progress (1 Timothy 4:14-15).
