When the admission is assured for one, it should become a reason for the owner to push harder.The achievements that are set forth while we are striving for a college, must be seen as milestone’s of higher achievements. They must not be taken lightly for it may have a massive change on one’s future. I, Saman Laleh, expect myself to achieve higher standards by completing my current academic and extracurricular goals.
To begin with, my first goal on the list will be to have completed my school studies to a 3.5 to 4.0 GPA. I intend to further increase my current effort put into my homework and classwork in order to better prepare for my future studies in college. My attention and social skills in class will be used more for my improvement in my classes. Of course, some problems along the way will be expected such as the lack of understanding a certain subject. If I or my friends are to confront any of the presented problems within our studies, we will make a plan to solve the issue by helping each other understand the problems but not copy them. In order to improve in my athletics skills, I hope to use my extra time, aside from my homework and studies, for track-related exercises. In particular, I will take the advantage of joining the school athletics/ soccer club for both my social and physical improvement. The involvement of my peers with in my duties of the day will grant me that extra morale boost to achieve those higher standards mentioned previously. By taking part in community service activities and volunteering, I hope to thrive in my social skills and gain a better a understanding of my community as well as society as a whole.
